Gary's cousin Jessica from Minnesota visited Phoenix last weekend with her boyfriend Sean. We met for dinner and had a fun time. It was great to meet Sean and spend time with them.

Our neighbors and friends Krista and Corey had their second son Dalton Gabriel on September 14th. The boys and Kendall love him. Blake and Evan always want to hold him. And baby Dalton loves to snuggle and be held.

This morning we had a "P is for Picnic" with our Moms Club. We each brought a pumpkin and the kids decorated them. And then they each got a pumpkin or ghost sugar cookie to decorate. No she's not wearing orange lipstick it's orange frosting! We had a fun morning with our friends!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Today is Gary's birthday. We celebrated yesterday with dinner and an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen (Gary's former employer!). Grandma and Grandpa joined us and we had a fun birthday celebration! Happy Birthday Daddy...we love you!

My Mom, sister and I flew to San Francisco and spent 4 days in the city celebrating Andrea's 40th birthday. We had a fun trip. We saw "Dreamgirls" at the theatre, had dinner with Violet and Andreas, shopped at the Ferry Marketplace, took a ferry to Sausolito and had lunch. We rented a car one day and drove through the Presidio and across the Golden Gate bridge and saw Stinson Beach and the beautiful coastline. We shopped, ate great food, had wonderful weather and saw great friends!

Growing

Gary and I have never made a growth chart for our kids. I saw this one on a blog and liked it was large and portable. I ordered the vinyl, bought the wood and then got to work. I sanded and stained the wood then added the vinyl. Next up is adding the kids heights from birth to now and on going!

Kendall's bed!!

She loves her new bed! My dear friend Jessica made her bedding and we love it! It's very pretty and feminine! Kendall is sleeping all night in her bed and she made the transition fairly well. She loved taking photos on her new bed with her tiger!
