We were supposed to celebrate Gary's birthday tonight with dinner and cake. However Blake possibly has a mild case of H1N1 so I was at the pediatrician's office with him and Gary was here making mac n cheese for Evan and Kendall. Gary made himself bean burritoes and we all had cake (minus Blake) with 5 candles. I didn't have 42 candles! The Broncos winning yesterday was the frosting on the cake for him or is it the icing on the cake...whatever he had a wonderful 42nd birthday! Now get better Blake!
Jason and Jill welcomed the arrival of Henry Vincent Reuter on September 23rd at 8:37 a.m. He weighed 8 pounds 7 ounces. Jason is Gary's youngest brother and Kendall's Godfather. The boys are excited to have another boy cousin. Kendall points to his photo and says "baby" and "Henry!" Welcome Henry to the Reuter family! (I can't figure out how to enlarge the photo since I took it off Jill's Facebook page!)
Kendall is our little blondie! The boys were always reddish to dark brown hair. She definetly takes after the Reuter side with the blonde hair. Kendall is talking and repeating a lot of your words. She is saying 3-4 word sentences such as "I want juice" or "I want mu-mu (music)." She still loves to swing and wear the dress up shoes and play outside. And her favorite thing is to dance!
Today is my sister Andrea's birthday. Kendall, myself, and our Dad (aka Grandpa) drove downtown and met her for lunch. We wish you a very Happy Birthday!
