She's one.

It's hard to believe a year has gone by seems like yesterday you were a newborn and today you are one. We don't know what we would do without you in our family. You're a blessing to all of us! Happy First Birthday Kendall Josephine!

Kendall's First Birthday Party

Today we celebrated Kendall's first birthday (a day early) with a pink themed birthday party. She loved her pink tutu and cupcakes but didn't like her crown so much! She had no interest in opening gifts which her brothers were happy to help open but instead tried to eat the cards and paper. Kendall enjoyed playing with the balloons and sitting inside the gift boxes.

Santa Claus

Kendall did not enjoy her first meeting with Santa. She cried and cried and you can see the big teardrops on her cheeks. The boys were happy to see him and quickly told him what they wanted. We learned some new things tonight that weren't on their lists..darn!

O Christmas Tree

We thought it would be a fun family holiday tradition to cut down a Christmas tree. So we bundled up the kids and drive north hoping to find the best tree in the forest. Here it is! Blake calls it our Christmas bush!
