The Puppet Show

Blake and Evan wanted to have a puppet show for me. Blake made a frog puppet in art class.

Evan made a tiger puppet (really a paper plate).

They had so much fun and were animated while doing their puppet show.

They're quite the actors!

It won't be long now...

Kendall received a walker from Grandma as an early birthday gift. Over the last couple of days she's started pulling herself up on it and attempting to walk. This morning before school the boys helped her and she took off with it!

Gimme that lollipop!

Last night Blake had a lollipop for dessert. Kendall was eyeing that lollipop and decided she wanted a lick. She sat right in front of Blake waiting patiently for a taste and then just grabbed for it. Of course she loved it and wanted more and more and more!

She climbed on him and waited and waited for that red lollipop. He'd give her a lick and she'd wait for more!

Such a sweet brother to share his lollipop! Kendall had such pretty red lips at bedtime!

Happy belated Birthday!

9 months old

Where does the time go? It doesn't seem possible that Kendall has been in our lives for 9 months. She is pure joy! She brings so much happiness to our lives. She is a busy girl - always on the go and always happy. She loves to play with her brothers and enjoys playing with Amber (even though Amber doesn't enjoy it much!). She says Mama, wakes up happy from her nap, loves cheerios and puffs, cruises the furniture, can stand alone for about 10 seconds, and is a squealer occasionally a screamer (we think she likes hearing her sounds). And curious too...she's opening up cabinets and pulling stuff out, climbs up stairs and crawls fast into her Daddy's office to find (and eat) the paper. All in all we love you Kendall and think you're the best baby girl ever!

"Splish Splash I was taking a bath"

One day she won't like these photos but I couldn't resist! Can you tell she's teething? She chews on everything..the wash cloth, tub toys, cups. Kendall enjoys her bath and loves to splash. We usually have to pull the shower curtain across to keep the water inside the tub. Tonight she was mellow and happy chewing on stuff.

Mom's Helper

Everytime the dishwasher door opens Kendall crawls quick. She loves to play with the drawers and pull the spoons out of the rack. Hopefully one day she'll enjoy loading and unloading the dishwasher! I doubt it..

Uh Oh..time to Kendall proof

I left Kendall in the kitchen for a moment while I helped Evan with something in his room. I return to this...she's opened the cabinet door and attempting to climb inside.


There was something in her way so she opened the other door and found a marker...task accomplished and time to chew.

I found the door locks and no more fun kitchen cabinet times for Kendall.

The light

I took some photos today of Kendall eating lunch and thought this one looked pretty with the light and shadows. It helps that Kendall is a pretty baby too! I'm so not biased!
